TWO NIGHT WEDDING EVENT PACKAGE: TOTAL FEE - $4,250.00 PLUS TAXES

 

Your Package Includes:

- Groomed Grounds on Private Lakefront setting for Guest Tent

- (Maximum 80-90 people) (Tent size 30' X 80')

- Two nights in McCarthy House (Includes two rooms for accommodations and event washrooms)

- One night in our private

Honeymoon suite + Private Saltwater Hot tub

- Interior & Exterior Tent Lighting & Hydro as required

- Portable Electric Piano

- Garbage & Recycling Disposal

- Sheltered Caterer & Food Service area with BBQs

- Parking for vehicles

- Personal consultation to event planning

 

TOTAL FEE - $4,250.00 PLUS TAXES

 

Your Package does not Include:

- Tent rental with setup and tear down

- Caterer or Food & Beverage Services, Supplies or Clean up

- Tables, chairs, d├ęcor rental Decorating & Clean up

- Liquor License

* Parking attendants

* Additional tables, chairs, dance floor

* More than 90 people (additional surcharge per person applies)

* An Event Deposit of $1000 is required upon booking

* Your event is limited to McCarthy House, however pictures may be taken anywhere on the grounds

* Our non-smoking policy and no pet policy in all rooms & buildings are designed for everyone's comfort. Our cancellation policy states that if your group cancels within 60 days or less prior to your wedding/event you forfeit your event deposit 0f $1000.

 

 

Prices are based on a minimum of 16 & maximum of 28 people. A group Conference Deposit of $500 for 1 night & $1000 for 2 nights is required upon booking. Your group rate includes the use of the grounds plus boats, bikes, campfire, 3km of walking trails & wifi areas. Our non-smoking policy and no pet policy in all rooms & buildings are designed for everyone's comfort. Our cancellation policy states that if your group cancels within 60 days or less prior to your conference you forfeit your group's deposit.
